Carol Keyser
President and Designated Broker

A Louisville, KY native and former Marine, Carol is the driving force behind the success of Pinehurst Properties with over 30 years of experience in real estate sales and management. In 1990 Carol was encouraged by Bruce & Edythe Gissing, owners of a Herder Home named “the Pinehurst Model” in Ventana Canyon’s Golf Villas, to develop her own company, which she aptly named Pinehurst Properties.  Under Carol's leadership, Pinehurst Properties is one of the most sought after property management firms in Tucson.

Today Carol works with some of the best Realtors, builders, developers, service providers and property owners in Tucson to meet and exceed the needs of her clients.

Mike Keyser
Vice President of Operations

Mike is a former Marine with over 15 years experience in banking and technology. Mike's technical training and experience helps Pinehurst Properties to stay up-to-date with the latest property management and real estate sales tools to stay competitive.

Susan Bacis
Office Administrator

Susan’s optimism in finding solutions for her clients has paid dividends with satisfied customers; for a vacation rental, long term rental or working with stake holders of the Communities she manages.  Susan’s diverse background from living internationally for many years to owning and managing small scale businesses opens a unique perspective in working with a vast array of clients.

“When you own a fast paced bistro café and work the front and back end of the house, your peripheral vision for anticipating needs or thinking on your feet pay dividends in other avenues of your life.”  Susan’s solutions orientation creates a level of trust and comfort for her clients.

Susan is an avid reader, loves the outdoors, enjoys quality time with friends and family, loves meeting new people and engaging in spiritual discussion.

Donna Wood
CMCA, AMS – Associate Manager

Although relatively new to the property management arena, Donna has garnered years of experience in customer service, management and organizational skills working for senior executives of Fortune 1000 companies, running a small business focused on private contracting for the Air Mobility Command (USAF), as well as teaching middle and senior high school students. Donna’s varied and diverse skills allow her to flow with the day to day demands of the needs of the various Homeowner’s Associations managed by Pinehurst Properties. “I am excited to work with the various board members and their Communities. A board member has made a commitment to work with their neighbors to make their community a great place to live. I am here to support that commitment.”

Donna has earned her CMCA certification through CAI (Community Association Institute) and is almost eligible for the AMS designation.

Donna’s passionate interests revolve around her spiritual practice, a cooperative organic gardening group, affectionately known as PHIreHeart, and meeting interesting people!

Ann Taylor
Administrative Support

Ann’s varied skills make her the perfect ‘girl friday’ support for Pinehurst Properties. 
A self-professed organizer, she keeps the files up to date, data entry current and is
the smiling voice wishing you a good day on the phones. She is a stained-leaded glass
artist and an avid reader.

Donna Rainville
Document Specialist

Donna produces official meeting minutes for Homeowner Association Board meetings, serves as webmaster for some associations and assists at the office as needed.   A transplant from Vermont (read “Yankee”) Donna has enjoyed the desert sun for 31 years.  Donna brings non-profit and association management experience with an administrative and public relations perspective.  Donna has worked with professional and trade organizations on a national and local level.    When not working, Donna enjoys spending time with her six grandsons, cooking, gardening, reading and beading.

Angie Edwards
Accounting and Finance

Angie is the newest member of our team having recently moved to Tucson from the Phoenix area.  Her education in accounting and experience in customer service in the banking and retail industries have proved valuable in working with homeowners and board members.
When not working Angie enjoys hiking, dancing, reading and her latest craze is running in 5k’s.  She has participated in the ROC Race (Ridiculous Obstacle Challenge) and Everyone Runs.

Opal Weaver
Receptionist Extraordinaire

Opal is a retired geriatric social worker who can always be counted on for a warm welcome and a great smile. As the friendly receptionist at Pinehurst Properties for over 11 years, Opal finds her position very interesting and enjoys meeting new people each day.

Opal's hobbies are making jewelry, baking, reading, and helping others. Opal volunteers with the Community Food Bank and with various missions with her church. Opal is a recipient of the Community Service Award from the National Association of Social Workers Arizona chapter.
